{"id":1086,"date":"2025-11-13T10:49:54","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T05:49:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biz.tezroq.net\/?page_id=1086"},"modified":"2025-11-14T16:26:56","modified_gmt":"2025-11-14T11:26:56","slug":"terms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/biz.tezroq.net\/en\/terms\/","title":{"rendered":"Public offer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<style>\nmain .container-fluid.container-lg {\nmargin-top: 300px;\n}\n\nmain p, main li {\ndisplay: inline-block;\nwidth: 100%;\nline-height: 150%;\npadding: 20px;\ntext-align: justify;\nfont-family: 'Montserrat';'\ncolor: white\n}\n<\/style>\n<main>\n<div class=\"container-fluid container-lg\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-91e0bf37743355f1d6ae4e5a2e891053\" style=\"color:#dddddd\">Public offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e622300c8caf6df4dd6491a030ad331a\" style=\"color:#dddddd\"><em>Tashkent, November 12, 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-89aacf015ca2ed6fac877432b0e731c4\" style=\"color:#dddddd\"><strong>on providing access to the services of the TEZROQ\u00ae electric charging station network<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f462e78035d8188a7e93fda4d35912b5\" style=\"color:#dddddd\">(in accordance with Article 367 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan &#8220;On Personal Data&#8221;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-afeb63425af378ce761536877020ea17\" style=\"color:#dddddd\">This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cOffer\u201d) is an official offer by BARTEC TRADE LLC (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cOperator\u201d) addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cUser\u201d) to enter into an agreement for the provision of services for charging electric vehicles through the TEZROQ\u00ae network of electric charging stations (hereinafter referred to as \u201cECS\u201d) under the terms and conditions set out below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2897572e89abe40adff59b15e696d421\" style=\"color:#dddddd\">Acceptance of the Offer is deemed to be achieved by registering in the TEZROQ\u00ae mobile app (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;App&#8221;) and\/or using its functionality, including initiating charging. Acceptance constitutes the User&#8217;s agreement with this Offer and the Privacy Policy. If a checkbox is present in the interface, activating it also constitutes acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">1. General Provisions<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">1.1. The Operator provides Users with access to the TEZROQ\u00ae charging station network, including both stations owned by the Operator and stations operated by Partners operating under contracts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">1.2. The Application enables users to search for and display charging stations, manage charging sessions, top up their balance, and receive notifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">1.3. The User undertakes to stop using the Application if they do not agree with the terms of this Offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">2. Registration and Account<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">2.1. Access to services requires registration, which is completed by confirming a phone number. Other information may be provided at the User&#8217;s discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">2.2. The User guarantees the accuracy and currency of the information provided. The User is responsible for the security of their account information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">2.3. The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration or restrict access in the event of violations.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">3. Subject of the Agreement<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">3.1. The Operator provides the User with electric vehicle charging services through the App on a prepaid basis in accordance with the current Tariff Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">3.2. The User independently selects a charging station, initiates, and completes the charging session through the App.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">3.3. The charging session will be automatically terminated if the User&#8217;s balance falls:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 below 1,600 soums at a fast charging station;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 below 400 soums at a slow charging station.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">4. Payment and Tariff Terms<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">4.1. All TEZROQ\u00ae services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis. Funds are debited from the User&#8217;s internal balance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">4.2. Tariffs are calculated based on the station type, capacity, time of use, and booking conditions. All current rates are published in the App and on the website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">4.3. The booking service is provided only if technically feasible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">In case of a reservation:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 the reservation is valid for the period specified in the App;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 the reservation fee is non-refundable if unused;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 if the User does not start charging, the reservation is automatically cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">4.4. Refunds are only possible in the event of technical failures due to the Operator&#8217;s fault and upon written request to support.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">5. Liability of the Parties and Penalties<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">5.1. The User is responsible for the correct connection and safe operation of the equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">5.2. The following is prohibited:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 using the charging station for other purposes;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 leaving the vehicle connected without charging for longer than the specified time;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 attempting to interfere with the system&#8217;s operation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">5.3. For violations of the terms of use, the Operator reserves the right to restrict access to the service and take other measures stipulated by law. Information on the measures applied may be posted in the App.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">5.4. The Operator is not responsible for:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 failures at partner charging stations;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 payment delays due to third-party services;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 service interruptions due to technical issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">6. Personal Data<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">6.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan &#8220;On Personal Data.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">6.2. The Operator processes: phone number, device data, geolocation, session history, payment data, and other data specified in the Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">6.3. Data is processed for:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 providing access to the service;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 sending notifications about charging and balance;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 sending promotional offers (subject to consent);<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">\u2014 analytics and fraud protection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">6.4. The User has the right to revoke consent to data processing at any time through support.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">7. Intellectual Property<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">7.1. All elements of the Application and website (design, code, text, logos, etc.) belong to the Operator and are protected by law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">7.2. Commercial use or copying without permission is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">8. Term and Termination<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">8.1. The Agreement is considered concluded upon acceptance and is valid indefinitely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">8.2. The User has the right to terminate use of the Service at any time by notifying the Operator and deactivating their account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">8.3. The Operator has the right to terminate the Agreement in the event of a breach of the terms or for other reasons provided by law.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">9. Dispute Resolution<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">9.1. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved through negotiation; if this is impossible, in court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">10. Final Provisions<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">10.1. This Offer shall be effective from the moment of publication in the Application and on the Operator&#8217;s website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">10.2. The Operator reserves the right to amend the Offer. The current version is published in the Application and on the website: <a style=\"color: #dddddd;\" href=\"https:\/\/biz.tezroq.net\/en\/terms\">https:\/\/biz.tezroq.net\/en\/terms<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dddddd;\">10.3. The User is obligated to independently monitor changes.
