on providing access to the services of the TEZROQ® electric charging station network
(in accordance with Article 367 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”)
This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is an official offer by BARTEC TRADE LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of services for charging electric vehicles through the TEZROQ® network of electric charging stations (hereinafter referred to as “ECS”) under the terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of the Offer is deemed to be achieved by registering in the TEZROQ® mobile app (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) and/or using its functionality, including initiating charging. Acceptance constitutes the User’s agreement with this Offer and the Privacy Policy. If a checkbox is present in the interface, activating it also constitutes acceptance.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Operator provides Users with access to the TEZROQ® charging station network, including both stations owned by the Operator and stations operated by Partners operating under contracts.
1.2. The Application enables users to search for and display charging stations, manage charging sessions, top up their balance, and receive notifications.
1.3. The User undertakes to stop using the Application if they do not agree with the terms of this Offer.
2. Registration and Account
2.1. Access to services requires registration, which is completed by confirming a phone number. Other information may be provided at the User’s discretion.
2.2. The User guarantees the accuracy and currency of the information provided. The User is responsible for the security of their account information.
2.3. The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration or restrict access in the event of violations.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Operator provides the User with electric vehicle charging services through the App on a prepaid basis in accordance with the current Tariff Policy.
3.2. The User independently selects a charging station, initiates, and completes the charging session through the App.
3.3. The charging session will be automatically terminated if the User’s balance falls:
— below 1,600 soums at a fast charging station;
— below 400 soums at a slow charging station.
4. Payment and Tariff Terms
4.1. All TEZROQ® services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis. Funds are debited from the User’s internal balance.
4.2. Tariffs are calculated based on the station type, capacity, time of use, and booking conditions. All current rates are published in the App and on the website.
4.3. The booking service is provided only if technically feasible.
In case of a reservation:
— the reservation is valid for the period specified in the App;
— the reservation fee is non-refundable if unused;
— if the User does not start charging, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
4.4. Refunds are only possible in the event of technical failures due to the Operator’s fault and upon written request to support.
5. Liability of the Parties and Penalties
5.1. The User is responsible for the correct connection and safe operation of the equipment.
5.2. The following is prohibited:
— using the charging station for other purposes;
— leaving the vehicle connected without charging for longer than the specified time;
— attempting to interfere with the system’s operation.
5.3. For violations of the terms of use, the Operator reserves the right to restrict access to the service and take other measures stipulated by law. Information on the measures applied may be posted in the App.
5.4. The Operator is not responsible for:
— failures at partner charging stations;
— payment delays due to third-party services;
— service interruptions due to technical issues.
6. Personal Data
6.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data.”
6.2. The Operator processes: phone number, device data, geolocation, session history, payment data, and other data specified in the Privacy Policy.
6.3. Data is processed for:
— providing access to the service;
— sending notifications about charging and balance;
— sending promotional offers (subject to consent);
— analytics and fraud protection.
6.4. The User has the right to revoke consent to data processing at any time through support.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All elements of the Application and website (design, code, text, logos, etc.) belong to the Operator and are protected by law.
7.2. Commercial use or copying without permission is prohibited.
8. Term and Termination
8.1. The Agreement is considered concluded upon acceptance and is valid indefinitely.
8.2. The User has the right to terminate use of the Service at any time by notifying the Operator and deactivating their account.
8.3. The Operator has the right to terminate the Agreement in the event of a breach of the terms or for other reasons provided by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved through negotiation; if this is impossible, in court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Offer shall be effective from the moment of publication in the Application and on the Operator’s website.
10.2. The Operator reserves the right to amend the Offer. The current version is published in the Application and on the website: https://biz.tezroq.net/en/terms
10.3. The User is obligated to independently monitor changes. Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
